PPM designs and builds custom check and inspection gauges for automotive applications. Whether it’s a fixture to hold parts for CMM, inspection in the lab, or verifying a part’s dimension(s) on the plant floor we can design and build a gauge that meets your specific needs. We design your gauge around your part or 3D model. (Solid formats including: CATIA, SolidWorks, STP, IGES or ProE) Always keeping in mind that a gauge must be simple to operate and measure accurately. Dimensional tolerances are held to your specified requirements and are verified on our CMM or outside inspection house. A gauge R&R is performed on every gauge we ship to insure repeat-ability and gauge accuracy.
